ShagToday Terms of Service: User Agreement & Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ShagToday ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") regarding your access to and use of the ShagToday platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through shag-today.com and its associated applications.

Your use of the Platform signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, as detailed in Section 9. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Description of Services

ShagToday provides an online platform designed to facilitate connections and social interactions between consenting adults. Our services include, but are not limited to, profile creation, search and matching functionalities, communication tools, and access to community features.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using ShagToday, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a condition of your use of the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to not engage in any prohibited conduct.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in promotion of illegal activities.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate any other user.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or data mining tools to access, scrape, or index the Platform without our express written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other users' accounts, or any connected systems or networks.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code designed to interrupt or limit the functionality of the Platform.
• Solicit personal information from minors or interact with the Platform in a manner intended to harm minors.

Violation of these User Responsibilities may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Platform, at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ShagToday, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

• Trademarks: The ShagToday name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ShagToday or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of ShagToday.
• Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.
• User Content: By posting, uploading, or submitting any content to the Platform, you grant ShagToday a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ShagToday, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to ShagToday in the last twelve (12) months, or (b) One Hundred US Dollars (USD $100).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SHAGTODAY EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Platform is accessed at your own discretion and risk.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion tools within the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.
